Application and equipment selection
For powder projects, the auger, product feed and filling path are considered together with film sealing and dust management. This allows one proposal to cover both dosing and bag formation.
Flour, seasoning powders, milk powder and other compatible powder products.
How the selected system works
- Unwind the roll film and form the selected bag shape.
- Prepare a dose using the product-matched filling unit.
- Transfer the product into the formed bag.
- Seal, cut and discharge the finished pack.

The CX-H face dimension does not describe the whole gusseted bag. Final film, full bag geometry and output depend on the selected model and product.

What roll-film information is needed?
Send the film material and thickness, roll width, finished bag dimensions, bag style, product and target output. The full bag geometry matters as well as the front width.
