Configuration and quotation for your product, package and production target.
Use controlled belt feeding for suitable flakes, tea, dehydrated vegetables, feed and other relatively light or irregular materials.
Application and equipment selection
The belt feeding path can be assessed where the product's form and bulk density make a different feed arrangement preferable to an auger or gravity gate.
Compatible tea, dehydrated vegetables, flakes, feed and other materials requiring a reviewed belt-feeding path.
How the selected system works
- Maintain a suitable supply of product to the feeder.
- Meter the product into the selected weighing arrangement.
- Complete the defined weighing cycle.
- Discharge the measured dose in coordination with the packing machine.

Catalogue ratings are references for the stated configuration. Actual output, accuracy and package compatibility depend on the product, fill weight, packaging material and line arrangement. The final supply and acceptance criteria are agreed for your project.
Configuration to define
- Feeding method, hopper volume and product drop height.
- Discharge interface and timing with the receiving packer.
- Contact material, cleaning access and product changeover requirements.
Before requesting a proposal
Does the weighing-cycle rate equal packed bags per minute?
No. These ratings describe the weighing unit. Product transfer, bag handling, filling and closing determine the finished packing-line output.
How do I get a configuration and quotation?
Use the short inquiry form below or message us on WhatsApp. Tell us the product, package, target weight and required output. A bag or container photo helps us understand the application.
