Connect carton pickup and opening with dosing, flap folding, hot-melt closing and discharge. Select weighing or volumetric dosing for the product rather than assuming one filling method suits every powder.
Additional high-speed detergent carton configuration
The new detergent project reference describes 55–70 filled cartons/min with weighing and 65–85 with volumetric cups, depending on product and pack. Its 120 empty cartons/min figure is a mechanical reference, not filled-line output. This is a separate configuration from the intermittent machine rated up to 40 cartons/min.
