The example combines dosing, VFFS bag forming, supported settling, top folding and label application. It illustrates a proposed process, not a CAD model or a vacuum cycle. Doser, closing method and secondary packing are selected for the actual material and package.

Cutaway process demonstration. Mechanisms are simplified; dimensions, station timing and options follow the agreed configuration.

What this equipment helps you improve

Inconsistent manual portions

Use a defined dosing cycle and settings selected for your material.

More repeatable filling; weight performance is confirmed by sample tests.

Variable pack presentation or closure

Match bag support, settling and closing to actual pack samples.

More consistent finished packs for handling and presentation.

Machines do not share one transfer plan

Agree heights, clearances, speeds and electrical interfaces in the line layout.

Fewer interface surprises during installation.

Technical details and FAQs

Weigh, fill and shape a retail bag, then apply a label for a consistent shelf presentation.

How it works

  1. Feed the product to the weighing unit selected for its size and flow.
  2. Form the bag from roll film and fill the selected dose.
  3. Seal and shape the filled bag into the agreed brick format.
  4. Apply the selected label and transfer the finished pack to discharge.

Make the finished pack easier to present and handle

Bag shaping helps create a consistent retail format. Integrated label application reduces separate manual handling and presents your brand and product information on the finished pack.

Before you choose

Questions that decide the right configuration

Can it run my product and package?

Send the material name, a sample or photo, target weight, and the package material and dimensions. Flowability, bulk density, fragility, dust or viscosity determine the doser and handling method. We confirm the combination through application review and sample trials.

A brick-shaped bag with a folded, labeled top is different from a vacuum brick. Vacuum treatment and secondary wrapping are included only when specified for the project.

How do we select the required output?

Tell us the target packs per minute or tonnes per hour at each pack weight. Filling, settling, sealing or labeling, and downstream transfer must be balanced. The proposed output is confirmed for the actual material, package and line arrangement.

Can it connect to my existing production line?

Share the upstream discharge height, conveyor direction, available floor space, existing controls and downstream equipment. We review the mechanical and signal interfaces and identify which connecting modules belong in the quotation.

What should we check during a sample trial?

Agree on fill consistency, package appearance, closure or label position, product damage, changeover and discharge behavior. For inspection equipment, define representative test pieces and reject handling. Record the approved product and package combination before production acceptance.
