FROM PRODUCT FEEDING TO FINISHED LOADS
From flour and grain powders to selected coffee and seasoning products, match the feeding, filling, bag or pouch, closing and end-of-line equipment to your production task.

Automatic bag feeding, closing and grouping can remove repetitive hand transfers between workstations. Review the remaining operator tasks in the proposed layout.
Balance filling, closing, inspection and secondary packing so a faster single machine does not simply create a queue downstream.
Agree fill-weight checks, bag appearance, top closure and bundle arrangement during trials. Use your current output and labour tasks as the baseline for evaluating the improvement.
PLAN THE COMPLETE LINE
Define how the product reaches the filler and how the finished packs move onward. The machine and downstream modules are selected together.
Review the supply method, product flow and available headroom.
Select the metering and bag handling around the target pack.
Match the closing arrangement to the bag construction.
