Start with the finished bag you want to sell

Coffee powder and ground coffee

Match auger dosing to ground coffee flow and bulk density. Review the premade pouch, filling clearance, seal area and any valve or nitrogen-flushing requirement together.

Coffee bean premade bag packing

Use a weighing arrangement for whole beans, with controlled transfer into the bag. Check bean damage, pouch opening and the required valve or gas-flush configuration.

Pet food premade bag packing

For kibble and suitable pet treats, match weighing and transfer to piece size and oiliness. Review flat-bottom or side-gusset bags, zipper opening, bag support and seal cleanliness.

Sample bags show packaging formats only. Confirm dimensions, laminate or paper structure, gusset, zipper, valve and closure using your actual bag. Printed brands are format references, not customer endorsements.

Both CX-ZG1130 and CX-ZG2160 are included below. Paper bags use their own opening, supporting, folding and gluing arrangement; heat-sealed flexible pouches use a different closing route.
