Paper bag filling in operation
What to look for
Follow the bag through the demonstrated dual-station paper bag packing process.
What it helps you assess
Review bag handling and the finished pack before discussing the configuration for your flour.
FLOUR PAPER BAG PACKAGING
Pack flour in premade paper bags with automatic bag handling, product dosing and a closing arrangement selected for your bag. Compare the ZG1130 and ZG2160 configurations.

A premade bag is opened and transferred to a shaped holder. Filling and vibration settling prepare the pack for top folding and the selected closing process.
Hot-melt adhesive or label closure is selected for the bag construction. Share any inner liner sealing requirement during the application review.
Maximum speed is a reference rating. Agree the sustained output for each fill weight and bag format in the project specification.
| Specification | ZG1130 | ZG2160 |
|---|---|---|
| Bag handling | Single station | Dual station |
| Maximum rated speed | 30 bags/min | 60 bags/min |
| Total power | 20 kW; 26 kW for 2 kg paper bags | 27 kW; 33 kW for 2 kg paper bags |
| Air consumption | 400 L/min | 600 L/min |

Actual output depends on the product, fill weight, bag and selected configuration.
FLOUR PAPER BAG PACKAGING
Paper layers, coatings, gussets and any inner liner affect opening, filling and closing. Flour characteristics and target weight guide the dosing selection.
Checkweighing, date coding, conveying, inspection and secondary packing can be specified for the project. Machine dimensions alone do not define the complete line footprint.
Discuss your project ↗Compatibility depends on bag dimensions, product behavior, metering parts and the closing arrangement. List every bag format and target weight, with the output required for each.
The supplied configurations combine top folding with hot-melt adhesive or label closure. The fold sequence, adhesive arrangement and any liner sealing requirement are defined for the selected bag.
Actual output depends on the flour, fill weight, bag and selected configuration. Product and bag samples help define the required production result.
Start with your flour type, target pack weights and required output. Add an empty bag drawing or a photo showing the finished pack and required closure if available.
