The packing process
From premade bag to finished pack
Select the dosing method and closing arrangement for the actual product and bag. Bag layers, coatings, gussets and any liner affect how the package is handled and closed.
- Open the premade bag and transfer it into a shaped holder.
- Dose and fill the product using a metering system selected for the material.
- Settle the product by vibration before the bag top is folded.
- Close the folded top with hot-melt adhesive or a label, according to the selected bag configuration.
