POWDER APPLICATIONS / COFFEE
Coffee packing starts with the product and barrier package
Ground coffee and instant coffee need their own application review. We match dosing and handling to the product, then define the bag or container, closing method and any additional atmosphere-control requirements.
Dosing focus: review ground or instant coffee, bulk density and product handling before selecting the filling arrangement.

01 / UNDERSTAND THE MATERIAL
Start with the product, then select the equipment
Identify the coffee product
Ground coffee, instant powder and granulated instant coffee have different handling needs. Share particle size, bulk density and the required condition of the product after transfer.
Specify the barrier package
Film structure, container closure and any valve or gas-flushing requirement belong in the package specification. We review these with the machine layout instead of assuming a standard bag meets every requirement.
Define the required pack result
Tell us the desired pack shape and how it will be stored and distributed. Residual-oxygen, vacuum and shelf-life targets need their own agreed application and packaging requirements.
02 / CHOOSE THE PACKING ROUTE
Match the machine to the pack you want to sell
Compare operator handling, package formation and closing requirements. Each route connects to equipment details and a project discussion.

01 / Coffee
Semi-automatic powder filling
For suitable powder projects with manual bag or container placement. Assess the auger, feed arrangement and product behaviour together with the required closing station.

02 / Coffee
Automatic bags from roll film
For compatible coffee powders in roll-film bags. Select bag geometry, dosing, film sealing and any specified additional options as a complete configuration.

03 / Coffee
Bottles, jars and cans
For suitable coffee powder in bottles, jars or cans. Match the opening, dosing, capping or seaming, and labeling scope to the actual container.
Output, filling accuracy and package compatibility are confirmed for the actual product, fill weight, bag or container and selected configuration.
03 / FOLLOW THE LINE
See how the stations work together
Choose a stage or play the overview. The package handling and closing stages change with the route you select.
Supply the product
Connect the product supply to the dosing unit. Review hopper capacity, feed height and the available space around the machine.
Prepare the dose
Select an auger, volumetric cup or weighing unit to suit product flow and the required fill weight.
Dosing focus: review ground or instant coffee, bulk density and product handling before selecting the filling arrangement.
Present and fill
Position a bag or container manually, open a premade bag automatically, or form a bag from roll film, according to the selected route.
Close the package
Match heat sealing, folded-paper closure or container closing to the packaging material and finished-pack requirements.
Inspect and discharge
Connect coding, checkweighing, metal detection or finished-pack conveying where these modules are included in the agreed scope.
Process illustration, not a machine cycle simulation. Included equipment and station sequence depend on the project.
04 / COMPLETE THE INSTALLATION
Plan the equipment around the filling machine
Include upstream coffee supply, feed height, cleaning access and downstream packing in the layout. Tell us any requirements for product handling, gas supply or packaging tests before the scope is finalized.

Check the filled pack
A checkweigher can be specified for the pack range and production rate. Define acceptance limits and the required reject arrangement with your quality team.

Connect the next operation
Match outfeed height, conveyor direction and accumulation to coding, secondary packing or the next handling station.
Equipment module reference; inclusion and specifications are agreed in the proposal.
05 / WATCH THE MECHANISM
Operating references from CHANTEC PACK
Use the official coffee, spice and powder packing demonstration to discuss package handling. The second reference shows powder filling; the shown configuration is reviewed against your actual coffee and pack.

COFFEE / Discuss my packing project
Four details help us propose the right line
A short description is enough to start. Share a bag or container photo through WhatsApp or email if you have one.
- 01
Ground or instant coffee, particle size and density
- 02
Fill weight, pack shape and barrier structure
- 03
Output target and oxygen/vacuum requirements
- 04
Valve, closing, coding and layout requirements
Questions to resolve before choosing a machine
Can you include gas flushing or work with a valve bag?
Tell us the gas-flushing requirement and send the valve-bag specification. Gas supply, bag handling, sealing and acceptance criteria must be agreed for the selected system. A packing-machine choice alone does not guarantee a shelf life or residual-oxygen result.
What about a small vacuum pack?
The CX-ZB500N family is a separate small-pack option with a catalogue dosing reference of 100–500 g. Coffee behaviour, vacuum cycle, bag film and pack shape require confirmation. This range is distinct from the 1–5 kg semi-automatic auger station.
Let’s define your packing solution
Tell us your product, pack format, fill weight and output target. We will use those details to discuss dosing, closing and the line layout.
