POWDER APPLICATIONS / FLOUR

Flour packing solutions for paper bags and pouches

Build the line around your flour, bag and production target. CHANTEC PACK connects powder feeding, dosing, filling and closing for operator-assisted stations or automatic retail packing lines.

Dosing focus: review auger feeding and flour flow together with the bag and fill weight.

01 / UNDERSTAND THE MATERIAL

Start with the product, then select the equipment

01

Keep the powder supply steady

Flour flow and bulk density affect how the dosing unit is supplied. We review the flour grade, feed arrangement and hopper interface before choosing the filling configuration.

02

Manage dust at the transfer points

Discuss dust collection, the filling path and cleaning access around the bag mouth. Keeping these points in the line design helps address dusty handling and closure preparation.

03

Choose the finished bag shape

Paper brick-style packs, film bags and manually handled bags need different presentation and closing equipment. Your bag sample determines the route, tooling and space required.

02 / CHOOSE THE PACKING ROUTE

Match the machine to the pack you want to sell

Compare operator handling, package formation and closing requirements. Each route connects to equipment details and a project discussion.

Semi-automatic powder filling

01 / Flour

Semi-automatic powder filling

For suitable 1–5 kg projects that retain manual bag or container placement. The auger fills the dose; feeding, support and closing are specified around the station.

Automatic bags from roll film

02 / Flour

Automatic bags from roll film

For compatible heat-sealable roll film. The VFFS system forms, fills, seals and cuts the bag, with auger dosing selected for the flour.

Automatic premade paper bags

03 / Flour

Automatic premade paper bags

For compatible premade paper bags. Compare ZG1130 single-station and ZG2160 dual-station handling for automatic opening, filling, settling, folding and closing.

Output, filling accuracy and package compatibility are confirmed for the actual product, fill weight, bag or container and selected configuration.

03 / FOLLOW THE LINE

See how the stations work together

Choose a stage or play the overview. The package handling and closing stages change with the route you select.

Supply the product

Connect the product supply to the dosing unit. Review hopper capacity, feed height and the available space around the machine.

Prepare the dose

Select an auger, volumetric cup or weighing unit to suit product flow and the required fill weight.

Dosing focus: review auger feeding and flour flow together with the bag and fill weight.

Present and fill

Position a bag or container manually, open a premade bag automatically, or form a bag from roll film, according to the selected route.

Close the package

Match heat sealing, folded-paper closure or container closing to the packaging material and finished-pack requirements.

Inspect and discharge

Connect coding, checkweighing, metal detection or finished-pack conveying where these modules are included in the agreed scope.

Process illustration, not a machine cycle simulation. Included equipment and station sequence depend on the project.

04 / COMPLETE THE INSTALLATION

Plan the equipment around the filling machine

Send the upstream silo or hopper interface, available ceiling height and workshop sketch. Allow for feeding equipment, platforms, maintenance access and downstream packing, as well as the machine body.

Check the filled pack

A checkweigher can be specified for the pack range and production rate. Define acceptance limits and the required reject arrangement with your quality team.

Connect the next operation

Match outfeed height, conveyor direction and accumulation to coding, secondary packing or the next handling station.

05 / WATCH THE MECHANISM

Operating references from CHANTEC PACK

Follow actual flour paper bags through single- and dual-station examples. Compare bag presentation, filling, folding and outfeed with the pack you want to produce.

Four details help us propose the right line

A short description is enough to start. Share a bag or container photo through WhatsApp or email if you have one.

  1. 01

Flour type and bulk density, if known

  2. 02

Fill weight and bag photo or drawing

  3. 03

Required bags per minute or per hour

  4. 04

Feeding source and available floor/ceiling space

Questions to resolve before choosing a machine

How do I choose between paper bags and roll film?

Start with the finished pack required by your market. Premade paper bags use a dedicated opening and folding sequence; roll film is formed and heat-sealed on a VFFS machine. Bag material, dimensions and closure must be reviewed together.

Does the maximum machine speed apply to my flour pack?

A catalogue maximum is a reference for the stated machine configuration. Your fill weight, flour behaviour, bag opening and closing sequence determine the practical rate. We define the required output and acceptance conditions for your project.
