Your challenge
Off-target packs reach the next operation
Equipment approach
Set acceptance limits and validate the reject mechanism with test packs.
Production value
A defined separation point for packs outside the configured limits.

CHANTEC PACK · Equipment
Check heavier finished packs in motion using a conveyor and weighing platform selected for the bag dimensions and production rate.
Add an in-line weight check after larger bag filling and closing.
Configuration and quotation for your product, package and production target.
Product examples
The material, pack construction and production target determine the equipment configuration.
Food, ingredient and consumer product plants adding in-line inspection

Product and pack examples from the CHANTEC product brochure. Any visible brands illustrate packaging formats only.
Final suitability is confirmed with your material and packaging samples. The examples do not mean every product uses the same dosing or sealing system.
Dynamic weighing is a weight inspection step. It does not replace the primary filler, and accuracy depends on pack movement, conveyor conditions and the test range.

Your challenge
Equipment approach
Test the actual product, pack and agreed test pieces at the planned line speed.

Evidence-based acceptance criteria for the inspection point.
Your challenge
Equipment approach
Agree heights, clearances, speeds and electrical interfaces in the line layout.
Production value
Fewer interface surprises during installation.

Typical project flow. Feeders, closing machines, inspection, case packing and palletizing are separate modules unless included in the agreed supply scope.
Check heavier finished packs in motion using a conveyor and weighing platform selected for the bag dimensions and production rate.
Larger bags need stable transfer onto and off the weighing belt. Review bag settling, spacing and automatic rejection or diversion together with the required weight check.
Suitable larger packs or bags requiring an in-line weight check.
| Model | Weight range | Reference weighing accuracy | Reference throughput |
|---|---|---|---|
| CX1005 | 3–20 kg | ±5.0 g | 10–30 items/min |
| CX1260 | 5–50 kg | ±15.0 g | 10–20 items/min |
Reference accuracy depends on the actual package, conveyor conditions and speed. It is not the instrument's display resolution.
Provide the product, package size and weight, line speed and required inspection or transfer result. The equipment is selected against those operating conditions.
