Typical project flow. Feeders, closing machines, inspection, case packing and palletizing are separate modules unless included in the agreed supply scope.
Transfer finished packs into corrugated cases using robot pick-and-place, Cartesian gantry handling or a gravity loading arrangement selected for the pack.
Pack stiffness, surface, seal position and the required case pattern determine how the product should be grouped and loaded. The case packer is integrated with upstream discharge and case closing.
Suitable primary pouches or other finished packs placed into corrugated shipping cases.

Line output is defined for the actual primary pack and case pattern, not inferred from the case-erector component rating.
Send the primary-pack dimensions and a photo, the outer-bag or case drawing, the number of packs per group and your primary line rate.
Use the short inquiry form below or message us on WhatsApp. Tell us the product, package, target weight and required output. A bag or container photo helps us understand the application.
