Customer value

What this equipment helps you improve

Dripping, viscosity or foaming concerns

How this helps

Select pump, nozzle and filling timing around the actual formulation.

A filling process matched to the product and sealing area.

Separate bag making and filling work

How this helps

Combine film forming, dosing and heat sealing in the selected VFFS configuration.

A coordinated primary packaging cycle using roll film.

Variable pack presentation or closure

How this helps

Match bag support, settling and closing to actual pack samples.

More consistent finished packs for handling and presentation.

Technical details and FAQs

Make bags from roll film and fill suitable liquids or pastes with a dosing unit selected for the product's flow and viscosity.

Application and equipment selection

The filling nozzle, dose control and sealing area need to work with the actual product. Review dripping, stringing, product temperature and package structure before specifying the line.

Compatible sauces, detergents and other liquids or pastes.

How the selected system works

  1. Unwind the roll film and form the selected bag shape.
  2. Prepare a dose using the product-matched filling unit.
  3. Transfer the product into the formed bag.
  4. Seal, cut and discharge the finished pack.
